Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 93ph ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 93ph platform for any reason. If you have a prior exclusion or ban, you are not eligible to re-register without express written authorisation from 93ph.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from agreeing to contracts, you are not eligible to use 93ph.

93ph reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may register only one account on 93ph. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where 93ph identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

When registering on 93ph, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You must ensure that this information remains current throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 93ph account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 93ph support immediately.

All transactions on 93ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 93ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank transfers: InstaPay, PESONet
• Online banking: BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount on 93ph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your 93ph wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 93ph does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited to your 93ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are not accepted. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account flagged for review.

93ph processes withdrawal requests to Philippine-registered payment accounts as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are as follows:

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 93ph account. Before processing a withdrawal for the first time, 93ph may require identity verification documents including a government-issued ID and proof of ownership of your withdrawal account. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.

93ph does not impose withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees. 93ph is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial service providers.

In cases where a player has received a bonus and the wagering requirements have not yet been met, the unwagered bonus portion cannot be withdrawn. The total withdrawable amount will reflect only cleared, eligible funds in your 93ph wallet.

93ph regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, VIP Club benefits, and special event promotions. Every bonus offered by 93ph is governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses on 93ph are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated at the time of each bonus offer. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Time limits: All 93ph bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome or deposit bonus simultaneously on 93ph. If you claim a second bonus before completing the requirements of the first, the earlier bonus may be voided.
• Bonus abuse: 93ph monitors for patterns of gameplay that indicate bonus abuse — such as deliberately low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without normal game risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, 93ph reserves the right to void the bonus and related winnings.

All games and betting markets on 93ph are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that particular game or betting market.

93ph's gaming software and live casino services are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The results of all games — whether generated by certified random number generators or by live dealers — are final once confirmed. 93ph does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

For sports betting markets, 93ph uses standard settlement rules based on the official results reported by the relevant sporting body or event organiser. In cases where a result is disputed or an event is abandoned, 93ph will apply its standard void/refund policy as published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds to your 93ph account.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on 93ph.
• Using the 93ph platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through artificially structured betting patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk to the player.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate 93ph transactions with your bank or payment provider. Where a chargeback is identified as unjustified, the disputed amount plus any associated processing costs will be recovered from your account balance.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 93ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

93ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory directive requiring account action.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be ring-fenced during the review period. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 93ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

93ph collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of player accounts, payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the 93ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the 93ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 93ph will not sell or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 93ph does not accept liability for any of the following: indirect or consequential losses; loss of anticipated winnings or profits; interruption of service due to circumstances beyond 93ph's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of God); or third-party payment processing delays.

93ph makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. 93ph accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, provided reasonable notice was given.

93ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 93ph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the 93ph platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
